Abstract

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀÚ´Â ¼­¿ï¡¤°æ±âµµ¿¡ ¼ÒÀçÇÑ Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø 6°÷ÀÇ ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»ç 136¸íÀÌ´Ù. ÀÚ·á ¼öÁý ±â°£Àº 2016³â 5¿ù 1ÀϺÎÅÍ 10¿ù 31ÀϱîÁö¿´´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS 21.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ºóµµ¿Í ¹éºÐÀ², Æò±Õ°ú Ç¥ÁØÆíÂ÷, °ü·Ã¿äÀÎ °£ÀÇ »ó°ü°è¼ö, ´Ü°èÀû ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â¿¡ °¡Àå Å« ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº Áö¼Ó¼º(¥â=.41, p¡´.001; ȸº¹Åº·Â¼º ÇÏÀ§¿äÀÎ)À̾úÀ¸¸ç, ´ÙÀ½À¸·Î´Â ÁöÁö(¥â=.26, p=.001; ȸº¹Åº·Â¼ºÀÇ ÇϺοäÀÎ)·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌ µÎ ¿äÀÎÀº ¼ö¼ú°£È£»çÀÇ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â¿¡ ±àÁ¤Àû ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Àü¹®Áö½Ä ¹× ±â¼úºÎÁ·(¥â=-.19, p¡´.001; ¾÷¹« ½ºÆ®·¹½ºÀÇ ÇÏÀ§¿äÀÎ)°ú °£È£»ç·ÎºÎÅÍÀÇ ¾ð¾îÆø·Â °æÇè(¥â=-.16, p¡´.001; ¾ð¾îÆø·Â °æÇèÀÇ ÇÏÀ§¿äÀÎ)Àº ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â¿¡ ºÎÁ¤ÀûÀÎ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. ÀÌ ¿äÀεéÀº ¼ö¼ú½Ç °£È£»çÀÇ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·ÂÀ» 47.0% ¼³¸íÇÏ¿´´Ù(F=30.95, p<.001).

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú´Â ¼ö¼ú½Ç°£È£»çÀÇ È¿°úÀû ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅëÁõÁøÀ» À§ÇÑ ±âÃÊÀÚ·á·Î »ç¿ëµÉ °ÍÀÌ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ¼ö¼ú½Ç°£È£»çÀÇ ¾÷¹«¸¸Á·À» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§ÇÑ ±¸Ã¼Àû ¹æ¾ÈÀÇ °³¹ß°ú Àû¿ëÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to provide basic data for nursing intervention to increase communication ability of operating room nurses by identifying the relation among their verbal violence experience, job stress, resilience, and communication ability.

Methods: The participants were 136 nurses, working in the operating rooms of six academic and general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. Data were collected from May 1st through October 31st, 2016. Collected data were analyzed for frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, association among related factors, and stepwise multi-regression using the SPSS 21.0 program.

Results: It was found that the strongest factor influencing the communication ability of operating room nurses was persistence (¥â=.41, p¡´.001; sub-item of Resilience), followed by support (¥â=.26, p=.001; sub-item of Resilience). These two sub-items have positive influences on communication ability of operating room nurses. The lack of professional knowledge and skill (¥â=-.19, p¡´.001; sub-item of job stress) and verbal violence experience from nurse (¥â=-.16, p¡´.001; sub-item of verbal violence experience) have negative influences on communication ability of operating room nurses. These sub-items explained 47.0% of communication ability of operating room nurses.

Conclusion: The study results can be used as basic data to develop effective communication. Also, the results show the necessity of developing and applying concrete nursing interventions to improve job satisfaction of operating room nurses.
