Abstract

|
연구목적: 본 연구는 수술실간호사의 언어폭력경험, 업무스트레스, 회복탄력성, 의사소통능력 간 관계를 확인함으로서 수술실간호사의 의사소통능력 증진을 위한 간호중재를 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위함이다.
연구방법: 연구대상자는 서울·경기도에 소재한 종합병원 6곳의 수술실 간호사 136명이다. 자료 수집 기간은 2016년 5월 1일부터 10월 31일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 관련요인 간의 상관계수, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구결과: 수술실 간호사의 의사소통능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 지속성(β=.41, p〈.001; 회복탄력성 하위요인)이었으며, 다음으로는 지지(β=.26, p=.001; 회복탄력성의 하부요인)로 나타났다. 이 두 요인은 수술간호사의 의사소통능력에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 전문지식 및 기술부족(β=-.19, p〈.001; 업무 스트레스의 하위요인)과 간호사로부터의 언어폭력 경험(β=-.16, p〈.001; 언어폭력 경험의 하위요인)은 의사소통능력에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 요인들은 수술실 간호사의 의사소통능력을 47.0% 설명하였다(F=30.95, p<.001).
결론: 본 연구결과는 수술실간호사의 효과적 의사소통증진을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 것이다. 또한 수술실간호사의 업무만족을 향상시키기 위한 구체적 방안의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was done to provide basic data for nursing intervention to increase communication ability of operating room nurses by identifying the relation among their verbal violence experience, job stress, resilience, and communication ability.
Methods: The participants were 136 nurses, working in the operating rooms of six academic and general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. Data were collected from May 1st through October 31st, 2016. Collected data were analyzed for frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, association among related factors, and stepwise multi-regression using the SPSS 21.0 program.
Results: It was found that the strongest factor influencing the communication ability of operating room nurses was persistence (β=.41, p〈.001; sub-item of Resilience), followed by support (β=.26, p=.001; sub-item of Resilience). These two sub-items have positive influences on communication ability of operating room nurses. The lack of professional knowledge and skill (β=-.19, p〈.001; sub-item of job stress) and verbal violence experience from nurse (β=-.16, p〈.001; sub-item of verbal violence experience) have negative influences on communication ability of operating room nurses. These sub-items explained 47.0% of communication ability of operating room nurses.
Conclusion: The study results can be used as basic data to develop effective communication. Also, the results show the necessity of developing and applying concrete nursing interventions to improve job satisfaction of operating room nurses.
